What is Wonderbuuk?

Wonderbuuk is a one-stop ebook platform to allow Reader to find, to purchase or to loan their favorite electronic books (or known as ebook). Wonderbuuk provide multi categories of ebook to Reader to choose. Wonderbuuk gather many authors and publishers from local and foreign countries to sell their ebook at this platform. Wonderbuuk provides only ebooks to Reader and prepare a powerful reading tool to Reader to read the ebook, we called the reading tool as “Wonder View”. You can refer to Wonder View for more information.
Wonderbuuk adopt the latest technology to protect the copyright of the ebooks, which we called as Wonder Digital Right Management (also known as WonderDRM). Thus Reader must use our platform then able to read the ebook. The ebook unable to be downloaded to Reader’s any device.
Wonderbuuk support on all platform such as the most common Microsoft Windows desktop browsers, MacOS browsers, Apple tablets and mobile phones, Android tablets and mobile phones.
Reader can use our Mobile App, also known as Wonder App, to browse the ebooks in our platform, perform purchase on the ebooks, log into their account and read the ebooks. The Mobile App is supporting iOS for Apple tablets and mobile phones and Android tablets and mobile phones.

Reader Account

How can I register with Wonderbuuk?

You browse to https://www.wonderbuuk.com, and click to “Log in – Create your account now” to register as Reader to Wonderbuuk. There is some Terms and Conditions need you to check and accept during the registration. Once registered, you can now perform ebook purchase and start to read your favorite ebooks.
Or you can download our mobile app from the store and register as a Reader to Wonderbuuk. You need to check and accept our Terms and Conditions during the registration. Once registered, you can perform ebook purchase and start to read your favorite ebooks by using the mobile app or web browsers.

How can I log in to my account?

You can browse to https://www.wonderbuuk.com, and click to “Log In”. You will direct to log in page, please key in your username (registered email address) and your password, then click “Log In”. The system will bring you to your account.

Forgot Password

If you forgot your password, in the Log In page, please click to forgot password. The system will direct you to recover your password, just follow the steps of the system.

Searching Tool – you can just type in the keyword of the ebook. System will search on the metadata of the database. A searching result will be displayed after the searching.

Ebook can support pdf and epub. The platform is come with onboard viewer. Please refer to the later section for the onboard viewer (Wonder View).
Reader also can filter the ebooks by category, language and author.
Reader can click one of the ebooks to view the info. The info is including the title, author, contributor, publisher, year of publishing, description and etc.
Some of the ebook is in PDF format and some is in .ePub format. This info can be viewed on the ebook details. The ebook is wholly depending the format that provided by the Seller. Wonderbuuk has no interference in the ebook format provided by Seller.

Wonder Digital Right Management (Wonder DRM)

Wonder DRM is the own development of Wonderbuuk to protect and to manage the copyright of ebooks.
Reader is unable to download the ebook sources from the platform. The Reader is able to view the purchased or the borrowed ebook from the platform via Computer’s browsers and the Wonderbuuk Mobile App (we called it Wonder App).
Wonder DRM is the copyright owned by Lemonjar Software Media Sdn. Bhd.

Purchase or Borrow

Reader can choose to purchase or to borrow the ebook.
Purchased ebook will be permanently in Reader’s account.
Loaned ebook is only available for a period of time (either 14 days or 28 days) in the Reader’s account. After the loan period, the ebook will not be able to read.
Loaned ebook is still appeared (expired) at MyLibrary. Reader can purchase or to loan again.

Sharing on Social Media

Reader can recommend the ebook to friend via the social media.
We have Facebook, Twitter, Email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Telegram, Reddit.
The social media will be added from time to time.

Wonder View

The platform is come with onboard reader, including computer browsers and Wonder App.
Wonder App is supported on iOS and Android for the time being.
If the ebook is appeared in pdf format, the platform will prepare the onboard pdf viewer for you to read the ebook. You are unable to download the ebook. You are only allowed to read the ebook by using the platform. For pdf type of ebook, you are unable to add bookmark or leave note on it.
If the ebook is appeared in .epub format, the platform will prepare the onboard epub viewer for you to read the ebook. You still unable to download the ebook. You are only allowed to read the ebook via the platform. Our Wonder View epub viewer allow you to add bookmarks, notes and highlights to your ebook. And your bookmarks, notes, highlights are saved on to your account. Wherever and which device you are using to read the ebook, you bookmarks, notes, highlights will follows. This is to give you a very convenient reading experience. It is a wonderful tool that make Wonderbuuk different than others.

What do you have in your MyLibrary?

In MyLibrary, you can access to Cart, eBook Shelf, Transaction History, Wishlist, Notices, Claims.
In Cart, you could checkout your favorite ebook and make the payment via Payment Gateway.
In eBook Shelf, you could read your ebook. If the ebook is appeared as pdf format, the platform will prepare the onboard pdf viewer for you to read the ebook. If the ebook is appeared as epub format, the platform will prepare the onboard epub viewer for you to read the ebook. This comprehensive viewer is called Wonder View.
Purchase Transaction
The platform will record all the transaction that you made.
The transaction details are including date&time, transaction ID, BuyerID, SellerID, ItemID, Selling Price, PurchaseType, Transaction Status, Discount, Amount Paid, Payment Method, Payment Date&Time, VoucherID, Voucher Amount.
Reader could make claims from this transaction records.
Reader can download the receipt of the Purchase.
Claims
Claim can be raised if the purchase is within 3 days.
Claims is happening when the Reader purchased an ebook, but: -
The ebook purchased is not as per described, such as title is not the same as per described, the contents is not the same as per described, the format is not the same as per described.

Can claim to refund.
Can claim to resend the ebook.

The ebook purchased is not appear on the ebook shelf.
Can claim to resend the ebook only.
For loan ebook, the date of loan will be updated to the claim’s success date.
Chat Room
The platform has a Chat Room features to allow Reader to communicate with the Seller of Wonderbuuk.
Reader can use this Chat Room to do the following: -
Chat with the Seller regarding the claims and others.
In Wishlist, you could view the details of the ebook, the author and the ebook store, which are added by you.

Payment Gateway

The platform is ready a convenient and user friendly online payment service to the Reader to checkout their purchases.
The online payment services including credit card, debit card, bank transfer and eWallet.
The online payment services will add from time to time in order to bring convenient to the Reader.

How to register seller at Wonderbuuk?

You can browse to the main URL https://www.wonderbuuk.com, then click on “Sell on Wonderbuuk”. The new ebook seller is able to register here as well
Seller can register and start to sell the ebook here.
Seller cannot use the reader email to register as seller account. Seller email must be separated/ different from the reader’s email.
The system will automatically log the seller to the seller account once the system detected the email account is for seller.
Single log in page only to differentiate Reader or Seller or Administrator.
During the registration, we accept seller either personal (writer) or company to join to our Wonderbuuk.
During the registration, seller need to comply and agree to the terms & conditions of Wonderbuuk. Please refer to the terms & conditions chapter.
Seller need to provide the following info during the registration: -
Login credentials – using email address and create own password.
info such as full name, IC number, phone number, business address, company info, bank info.
info maybe added from time to time.
The bank info is used for Wonderbuuk to transfer the receiving to seller.

How can I log in to my Seller Center?

You can browse to the main URL https://www.wonderbuuk.com, click on “Log In”. Key in your registered email address as username and your password. The system will direct you to your Seller Center account.
Both reader and seller are using the same “Log In”. The system will intelligently direct you to your account, the system is able to differentiate either you are the Reader or the Seller.

Seller info

Seller can view and check the info that he input during the registration.
Seller can change the info except the name of the store.
Seller can change the bank info.
Seller can change the login info, such as email address and authentication password.

Seller eBook Store

Seller can design their ebook store page by submitting: -

format and the size will be given.
The current page is only allow viewing by Seller only.
Recommend eBook
Seller can choose the ebook (from your own ebook list) to recommend to Reader.
Wonderbuuk engine will randomly publish your recommended ebook to Reader.
Seller only can view the eBook Store (Page).

How do I add ebook to my store (Cataloguing)?

Catalogue is a big module to allow Reseller to catalogue their ebook for sales.
We are using the professional standard of cataloguing, such as MARC record to CIP, CIP alone and excel sheet.
The cataloguing style will be modernized and simplify from time to time to matching the international standard and to facilitate Seller.
Seller can upload their ebook by using the following methods: -
Upload in Batch by using .csv format.
Template is provided.
Template is provided
Upload in Batch by using .mrcxml.
Upload in Batch by using .mrc.
Catalogue one by one by using the given template.
Select the Author from the list or create new Author if not found the Author from the list.
We having internal librarian to merge and to clean the authority info.
After the catalogue, Seller able to view the list of the ebook to do the next steps: -
Upload the cover of the ebook.
Upload the content (ebook). The ebook can be .pdf and .epub.
The content will be encrypted and protected by own DRM. Please view our DRM white paper.
Set the pricing for sales and loan.
set the ebook to “Available” one by one, to publish to Wonderbuuk

eBook List

Seller can view all their ebook in the eBook List.
Seller can click to edit the particular eBook.

Give eBook

This function is used to compensate or to handle the claim matter from Reader. The function is used to handle the following situations: -
Reader purchased the ebook but did not appear in MyLibrary.
Reader purchased the ebook but the content is different.
The ebook is only able to give to the Buyer if the transaction exists.
Seller will find the transaction record and give the ebook to the Reader.

Notices

Seller can view the notices sent from Wonderbuuk’s Administrator.

Transaction

Seller can view their income from each ebook sold.
Invoice is created from Wonderbuuk to Seller.
Seller can download the payment receipt of Wonderbuuk to Seller for the income.

Chat Room

This is chat service is provided by Wonderbuuk to allow the communication between Reader and Seller.

Claims

List of claims is displayed.
Seller can click any of the claims to view the details and make the investigation and decision.
Seller can post the question and reply here.
If the Claim is success, then the payment will deposit back to the Reader.
Under condition that the ebook from the Seller is not same as what the Seller post at Wonderbuuk.
Claim will be rejected if the Seller’s content has no problem and same as what he described at Wonderbuuk.
